Coach Bubba Ray tones down Harley Riggins' antics while lighting a fire under Shady Elnahas; Kevin Owens unlocks Kali Armstrong's inner heel in a match against Nikkita Lyons; Booker T helps create magic on the canvas as the agile and improvisational Romeo Moreno takes on a dominant Kam Hendrix.

Parents & Future Greats

Tate Wilder's wife and daughter are on hand to watch him take on Romeo Moreno. In an unexpected twist that sends the crowd into a frenzy, tag team partners collide, as Layla Diggs squares off with Masyn Holiday! And in the main event, Booker T takes the reins of the Harlem Lewis vs. Trill London matchup. Harlem is frustrated with his lack of freedom, while Coach Booker has some harsh words for Trill.

It's a new beginning for Bayley Humphrey, as she gets the opportunity to select her new name and compete against PJ Vasa in the main event; Olympic Judo sensation Shady Elnahas gets another chance to impress as he goes one-on-one with Ivy League standout Braxton Cole; and Malik Blade takes on Chris Island, as both of these "on the bubble" competitors look to step up and stay on track.

Johnny Gargano is back on LFG to coach Kali Armstrong and Chantel Monroe in a hard-hitting "heel-versus-heel" matchup; trill London makes his return from injury to take on the newly renamed Romeo Moreno.

It's a tense episode of LFG, as Harlem Lewis takes issue with Kevin Owen's feedback after a match with Harley Riggins; Nikkita Lyons shows off her Zen Den and then goes one-on-one with Layla Diggs; in a massive main event, the newly minted Tristan Angels takes on a Belgian Powerhouse who is also debuting a new moniker -- Dorian Van Dux!
